In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU are responsible to file a claim with USPS. Arlene Couture is in no shape or form responsible for LOST, WEATHER DAMAGE, DAMAGE or DELAYED packages during transit. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
